Each business enterprise has to maintain its own strength to get able to stand up in  the market place.The business wants to make its particular reputation in the market but this is not possible without an effective teamwork, here everyone plays a very important role in deciding where the company actually stands and at what position. By every person I mean not only staff holding high position in a company but also the Labor on also plays a very crucial role in marking down the company's overall performance.whereas labor or staff working in a company always prefers to work in a team so that the mistakes are less,they could save time and do work efficiently.it is very important to share each other views rather than compensating on different quotes and having quarrels  leads to company's failure and closure. That's why to remain away from this company's usually creates teams to handle out particular apartments.

MY CONCLUSION:-
According to me i think that before making a team a major concept must be kept in mind that we should never make a small team which may never be able to perform lead to errors and misunderstandings but large companies always have a big staff to carry out solutions for problems so therefore a big team helps company to carry out its routine perfectly and always performs best. The heads staff should give positions to lower staff so that they may build a good team and carry out a good teamwork for the benefit of company.
